2016 Pool Season

Welcome to the 2016 Pool Season. This letter is to advise you about this year’s pool pass validation procedure. For everyone’s convenience, we have tried to make the pool validation process as easy as possible. 
The Bridgepointe pool through Sept. 5.
 
The August hours of operation will be:
                       10:00 AM – 7:30 PM – Monday to Friday
                       9:30 AM – 8:00 PM – Saturday & Sunday
                       
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT POOL PASSES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
IF YOU ARE DELINQUENT OR HAVE ANY UNPAID FEES.
A NEW CENSUS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND THE FORM CAN BE PRINTED FROM THE WWW.BRIDGEPOINTENJ.COM WEBSITE. Copies can be picked up in the Managers Office. You must provide number of vehicles and license plate numbers.
IF YOU ARE LEASING YOUR UNIT AND HAVE NOT SUBMITTED A COPY OF THE MOST CURRENT LEASE AGREEMENT.
 IF YOU HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING VIOLATIONS.
 
If your unpaid fees are under $25 you can bring your payment to the Management Office.  If your fee is over $25, you must pay in full and the check must clear the bank, prior to receiving your 2016 stickers. If at any time during the pool season your account is in arrears, your pool passes will be revoked immediately.

Community Update

The  Bridgepointe Board is announcing a community update. Taylor Management is making some personnel changes and our interim community manager is now Jim Hanley. He can be reached at jhanley@taylormgt.com or 732-290-1111. 
 
Meeting date changed

The next open Board of Directors meeting date has been changed from July 20 to Aug. 11 to accommodate the schedules of the board members. 
 
2016 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

All open meetings will be held at Bridgepointe’s Clubhouse at 7:30 PM.  In the event a meeting is canceled or postponed, a notice will be published on the Association’s web site. Our landscaper vendor  will be attending all of our Open Meetings.  Below you will find the schedule:

Driveway Resurfacing

Every two years the Bridgepointe Condominium Association proactively reviews the condition of the asphalt driveways throughout the community.  In an effort to
have the entire community sealcoat their driveways in 2015 the Association is sending you this letter in advance that this Spring/Summer all homeowners will have to sealcoat their driveways in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Bridgepointe:
 
Maintenance
Windows and Doors; Driveways and Sidewalks
Each unit owner shall be responsible for the purchase, maintenance, repair and replacement of all windows, including skylights, of the unit. In addition, the unit owner shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the front door and any doors leading on the balcony, terrace or patio adjacent to his unit and the driveway and sidewalk leading to his unit and the patio.

Friendly Reminder - the life span of a smoke detector is about 8 to 10 years. This is a life safety issue please remember to update them.
