Bagels with the Board

Sunday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to noon, in the Clubhouse
Meet and chat with with board members, spend some time with your neighbors, get your pool passes ready for the summer and enjoy a bagel.
To have your passes validated you must be up to date with your fees and required maintenance, have a current census document on file and have no outstanding violations. Bring your existing passes and they will be updated for 2016. If you are new to the community and don't already have pass or have lost your pass, you need to bring a passport-size photo for each person in your family. Children under age 5 do not need passes.
Any homeowner who becomes delinquent with their Association fees, which are due the first of every month, will lose all privileges, including access to the pool and gym, until all fees are are current.
Each household will get one booklet of guest passes. Additional passes may be purchased at the Management Office throughout the summer. 
If you cannot attend the bagel event, you can get your passes at the management office during regular hours.

2016 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

All open meetings will be held at Bridgepointe’s Clubhouse at 7:30 PM.  In the event a meeting is cancelled or postponed, a notice will be published on the Association’s web site. Our landscaper vendor Landscape Maintenance Service will be attending all of our Open Meetings.  Below you will find the schedule:

Driveway Resurfacing

Every two years the Bridgepointe Condominium Association proactively reviews the condition of the asphalt driveways throughout the community.  In an effort to
have the entire community sealcoat their driveways in 2015 the Association is sending you this letter in advance that this Spring/Summer all homeowners will have to sealcoat their driveways in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Bridgepointe:
Windows and Doors; Driveways and Sidewalks
Each unit owner shall be responsible for the purchase, maintenance, repair and replacement of all windows, including skylights, of the unit. In addition, the unit owner shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the front door and any doors leading on the balcony, terrace or patio adjacent to his unit and the driveway and sidewalk leading to his unit and the patio.

Friendly Reminder - the life span of a smoke detector is about 8 to 10 years. This is a life safety issue please remember to update them.
