Windows and Doors; Driveways and Sidewalks
Each unit owner shall be responsible for the purchase, maintenance, repair and replacement of all windows, including skylights, of the unit. In addition, the unit owner shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the front door and any doors leading on the balcony, terrace or patio adjacent to his unit and the driveway and sidewalk leading to his unit and the patio.
 
Your receipt from the resealing of your driveway must be submitted to the Management Office no later than September 30, 2015, fax to 732-566-8666 or email to bparker@taylormgt.com. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $25 per day which will be assessed to your maintenance account.
 
Who to hire: This is a project you can likely take on yourself. But if you do decide to go with a pro, make sure you choose someone who’s licensed and insured, and for whom there are no complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau. The professional you choose should also give you a written estimate and should never ask for cash up front.

Best time to reseal your driveway: Spring through fall is the best time in most parts of the U.S. You’ll need to pick a time when it’s warm enough for the sealer to set — typically a period where temperatures won’t dip below 60 degrees for 24 hours before and after the sealer is applied — and when no rain is in the forecast for that same period.
